Step 1

Prepare Your Waste:

  • Use the 13-gallon trash bin we provide.

  • Tie your trash bags securely.

  • Double-bag any pet waste.

  • Avoid putting in loose, sharp, or broken items.

  • Double-bag any ripped trash bags.

We’ll handle the rest!

Step 2

Recycling:

  • Separate recyclable items.

  • Flatten all cardboard boxes.

  • This will improve the workflow for our staff.

Step 3

Collection

  • Place your trash outside your door during the specified hours.

  • A Trashmate staff member will make their rounds collecting trash from all residents.

  • Bring your bins back inside and wait for the next service.
